Using the Japanese matcha process for the various variety of plant leaves allows us to expand the matcha category. Traditional ceremonial grade matcha is pure green gyokuro leaf. All green tea is rich in catechins and polyphenols, desirable antioxidants. Consuming the entire tea leaf creates one of the healthiest beverages on earth.
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of matcha is whisked with 4 to 5 ounces of hot water in a bowl. (175F)
You can receive over 24 cups per ounce.
You can also cold brew or add a larger quantity of water for your personal taste.
