Our organic peppermint matcha is tea made with a Zhejiang Province and Nandi Highlands green tea base blended with pure peppermint leaves from Washington State. The leaves are ground to a powder using the Japanese matcha process. Using the matcha process allows us to expand the matcha category from the traditional pure green gyokuro leaf ceremonial grade matcha. Exceptional refreshing peppermint character and smooth astringent and minty finish from the green tea base
Green tea is rich in catechins and polyphenols, desirable antioxidants. Consuming the entire tea leaf creates one of the healthiest beverages on earth
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of matcha is whisked with 4 to 5 ounces of hot water in a bowl. (175F)
You can receive over 24 cups per ounce.
You can also cold brew or add a larger quantity of water for your personal taste.
