Peppermint matcha is tea made by a Zhejiang Province and Nandi HIghlands green tea base blended with pure peppermint leaves from Washington State. The leaves are ground to a powder using the Japanese matcha process. Using the matcha process allows us to expand the matcha category from the traditional pure green gyokuro leaf ceromonial grade matcha.
