All green tea is rich in catechins and polyphenols, desirable antioxidants. Consuming the entire tea leaf creates one of the healthiest beverages on earth. This tea has a high antioxidant level. 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of matcha is whisked with 4 to 5 ounces of hot water in a bowl.
You can receive over 24 cups per ounce.
You can also cold brew or add a larger quantity of water for your personal taste.
