Our Joongjak organic green tea comes from the Seogwang Tea Garden located in Seogwipo, Jeju Island, South Korea. It is roasted using the traditional Korean technique. This delicate green tea has a lovely creamy finish.
This Jeju Island tea grows in an area designated as a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site. The water, soil and temperature all come together to create a beautiful tea. Joongjak (also written as Jungjak) means that the leaves are medium sized and the tea is picked in early to mid-summer.
