Also known as Longjing tea (translates as Dragonwell) this famous tea grows near Long Jing Village in the West Lake area of Hangzhou, Zheijiang Province, China. The tea is pan-roasted and has a very distinct aroma and taste, with light layers of sweetness and astringency, and a nutty undertone.
